Shipping Information

When will my order be processed?

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of the order date and shipped the day after the processing date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and peak sales seasons. Due to COVID-19, we are seeing a slowdown in delivery times due to slower shipping. But don't worry, the product you selected is out of stock, you can place an order and your order will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks. Thank you in advance - not only for your loyalty to Buye-cig, but for your patience!

If the Classic / Infinity device is out of stock, you can pre-order it and it only takes 1 - 2 weeks to replace the stock, and once we restock the device, we will ship it directly to the above address.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email info@buye-cig.com immediately. Once your order has been processed, we cannot make any changes.
